Required documents

قبل التقديم إلى منحة الحكومة الماليزية 2026 لا بد من الاطلاع على كافة المستندات والأوراق المطلوبة للتسجيل عبر الموقع الرسمي للمنحة، وهي كالتالي:

1. Prepare a copy of the application form.
2. A clear copy of the student's passport, authenticated and certified by the Passport Authority, provided it is valid for at least six months.
3. A certified copy of the student's complete academic record.
4. Completion of all previously completed courses for the student.
5. A certified copy of the student's academic qualification.
6. Letter of recommendation from school or university.
7. Letter of recommendation or 2 letters from the candidate’s previous or current employers (if applicable).
8. Document all required documents including GPA, percentages, and grades.
9. Submitting an English language proficiency certificate (IELTS or TOEFL).
10. Sample acceptance letters from schools in Malaysia (if required).
11. A health certificate proving that the student is medically fit.

Malaysian Government MTCP Scholarship Admission Requirements

1- The candidate must not be more than 45 years old at the time of application.

2- You must have obtained high grades with honors, with a cumulative GPA of no less than 3.3 CGPA in the undergraduate stage.

3- Certificate of English language proficiency as follows:

• Candidates may also submit documents for degrees obtained where the language of instruction was English.

4- The candidate shall pay the costs of the medical examination required for admission×, which shall be approved by a qualified specialist physician, provided that the candidate meets the proper and possible health standards.

5- Full-time study for a master’s degree is required.

6- Applications may also be accepted from candidates who have received offer letters for Master’s studies from higher education institutions in Malaysia, or those candidates who have registered for a period not exceeding the first semester.
